Our service fees to prepare Financial Proposal/s, depends on client's requirements
A standard rate to prepare a 'Financial Proposal' through our office is as the follows:
- If value of a Financial Proposal is about; US$ 12-millions to up to US$ 100 millions, our Financial Proposal preparing charge including credential 'Financial Advisory' would be total 0.50 (half) % of the project value. From which 10% of the 0.50 (half) %, shall paid as advance with signing agreement to start/assigned the job/work, and remaining payment shall paid progressively.
- If project value is over US$ 100-millions, our service fees to prepare the 'Financial Proposal/s' with credential 'Financial Advisory' services and payment procedures for the jobs shall be finalize through mutual understanding with you and our office (respective officials of our office).
*** We (the BLEDS™) not only prepare project 'Financial Proposal' with 'Financial Advisory' reports, but also we confirm at least one funding offer to the project/s which financial proposal/s we (our office) used to prepare. And we also serve necessary liaison solutions for Fund Procurement to a project/business wherein the Financial Proposal/s is not made by our office, but the documents (Financial Proposal/s) match with international standard of a financial proposal. We would be ready to serve our services with expedient agreement with our clients for Fund Disbursement from different fund program of the World Bank Group, United Nations and numbers of internationally renowned commercial banks & Investment companies (scheduled & non-scheduled banking).
